Seeking Love Saturdays: Animals Need Love Too!
I have decided to dedicate Saturdays to promoting the education of pit bulls and the adoption of this wonderful animal and others in need of finding forever homes.

BREED SPECIFIC LEGISLATION and the pit bull.
Before adopting any animal please consider what your needs are and what amount of time and effort and love you have to put into the relationship with your new family member. If you cannot commit to a lifetime of pet parenting, the time is not right for you. All animals, especially dogs, need your attention, affection, time and training. Don’t adopt a pet on a spur of the moment decision. Consider it carefully just as you would consider whether your lifestyle is ready to add a child because a pet is just as much of a commitment and level of work as raising a child is.

Do you find this dog frightening? You shouldn’t. A dog has no morals. A dog has no ethics. All she knows is love and fear. Treat your pets well and you will always be safe, no matter the breed. Leyla is a typical pit bull: jovial, happy, playful, super sweet, loyal to a fault, loves cats, loves other dogs and loves people of all ages. There is no such thing as a “bad dog,” however there are bad owners.
Please watch the documentary: Beyond the Myth. Learn the truth… it will set your fears free and save the lives of tens of thousands of innocent dogs.
