I am published people!
Memee’s Musings came about from a time of personal crisis and is a piece of the journey for one woman to redefine and rediscover who she is as each day she finds herself wading rivers, climbing mountains, weathering storms and crossing tightropes.
I am a single mother. I am a disabled individual who used to work in the legal field. I suffer from Chronic Migraine and Anxiety. My childhood was very dysfunctional and traumatic. I carry mental health diagnoses for Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am trying to learn to say “I have” instead of “I am” when talking about my own mental health. And I am trying to learn to say “I am” and “I can” and “I will” when thinking about myself and the possibilities that lay ahead of me. I am a scrapbooker. I am a make-up artist. I am a photographer. I am a writer. I am worthy. I am loved. And I am on the path to a more fulfilling life!
I am currently working on a series of children’s books.
I am also an editor on Letters to the Mind blog project. We invite everyone impacted by mental illness to contribute creatively to the site. Please help us to turn this project into a hub of creative expression and education toward a global mental health awareness for understanding.

Wow, Chris, thank you (and I mean 10% toward the awared, which I am thrilled to receive and 90% for feeling that I am helping you. That is very, very touching and somewhat emotional too!) I’ve been thinking about giving you some sort of mental health award, but it seems you’ve beat me to the punch! LOL
Okay, so seeing as you said I am helping you on your journey, how about you participate in my July poetry challenge entitled #summertimeblues

Of course. I do think I have a lovely blog. It’s my favorite at least! Thank you this is awesome!! Another blogger told me yesterday that sometimes she shares my posts with friends to show off how cultured she is (LOL)… That was a pretty awesome compliment as well! 🙂 Thank you Carlos I’ll get on it right away. Sometimes the acceptance takes me a while to accomplish but will ping it back when it publishes. 🙂 You’ve made my day!

Yay, Jennifer, that makes me so happy!
I have not been doing well this month so I’ve lot a lot of my responsibilities and desires slip by the way side. I guess I won’t make 120 days on that challenge, LOL. First things first: My spirit, my emotion, my life and last my blog.
